I am a Leadership Coach, specializing in the development and growth of leaders wherever and whatever they lead, whether business, board, team, department or family.
Leaders, like all humans, are a work in progress. My role as a Coach is to listen, watch and observe the process of discovery and growth, to support my clients as they negotiate transitions and to celebrate their becoming the best version of themselves.
Husband, Father, Grandfather
I have been married to Lorraine since 1971, and together we have raised 4 children who have repaid our investment with 10 grandchildren! We live in Cape Town, where we garden, walk and enjoy our home, and I play (bad) golf and dabble in painting (the only colour-blind artist in the world!)
Life Coach
My passion is to see people reach their full potential, and to develop leaders who will serve that same end among the people they lead. I have majored in the area of family and marriage relationship coaching over the 51 years of my pastoral and counselling career.
I have during that time authored 3 books: “A Practical Guide to Intimacy in Marriage” (1990); “Learn to Love Yourself” (1992) and “Giving Leadership” (2017).
My coaching commitment is to walk alongside each client as if they were the only one, to empower them in the identification and achievement of their life goals.
